Individual counseling for females approximately ages 13 to 65: middle school, high school and college students, and adult women.
In person and online
In person at 3356 Kimball Avenue, Waterloo, IA 50702, or online. Online sessions are available to clients physically located in Iowa.
Office hours
Monday – Thursday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Appointments are arranged by phone or email. There is no online scheduling. By appointment. Lori typically replies within one to two business days.
Spiritual direction
Spiritual direction is a separate service and is private pay. See how the two differ.
How do insurance and payment work?
Lori currently accepts:
Wellmark / Blue Cross Blue Shield
Clients using this plan are responsible for confirming Lori is an approved covered provider before their appointment. Insurance participation can change, so please confirm current status by phone at 319-240-5035.
HealthPartners
Clients using this plan are responsible for confirming Lori is an approved covered provider before their appointment. Insurance participation can change, so please confirm current status by phone at 319-240-5035.
MultiPlan
Clients using this plan are responsible for confirming Lori is an approved covered provider before their appointment. Insurance participation can change, so please confirm current status by phone at 319-240-5035.
Private pay
If you are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Ask Lori for one before your appointment.
EAP (Employee Assistance Program) sessions are not available. Fees are not published on this website; ask about current rates when you reach out.
